Procedures for Returning Your Loft
End of lease return:
At the end of your lease term, leave the loft in your dorm room. It will be picked up after all students move out. It is important that the loft remains in its original room, unless you notified Lofty Ideas, Inc. of a room change, so that Lofty Ideas, Inc. can locate the loft; and so that you will not be charged an additional fee. IF LOFTY IDEAS, INC. DOES NOT RECEIVE THE LOFT(S) AND GUARD RAIL(S) (IF APPLICABLE) AT THE END OF LEASE TERM, LESSEE AGREES TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $175.00.
Early loft return policy:
If you need to return your loft before the end of your lease term, please contact Lofty Ideas, Inc. to schedule an appointment to have your loft removed from your dorm room. If you are MOVING you must contact Lofty Ideas, Inc. BEFORE you move out of your dorm room. If you move out and do not contact Lofty Ideas, Inc. to remove your loft from your room you will still be responsible for the loft, and your lease will not be terminated early. IF LOFTY IDEAS, INC. DOES NOT RECEIVE THE LOFT(S) AND GUARD RAIL(S) (IF APPLICABLE) AT THE END OF LEASE TERM, LESSEE AGREES TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $175.00.
Lofts requiring pick-up before or after the pre-scheduled loft return days will be assessed a $30 service charge per loft.
Cancelling loft order before set up:
Loft orders canceled before Aug. 31, 2010 will receive a full refund. A service fee of $40 will be charged for any order cancelled after Aug. 31, 2010. This fee will be deducted from the original payment and the remainder will be refunded to the lessee.
